High-SPF sunscreen – for outdoor programming and field visits.
Comfortable closed-toe shoes – required for sanctuary visits and safety.
Hat
Slides or sandals – for wellness mornings or downtime.
Clothes to move in – breathable, stretch-friendly gear for morning wellness (yoga, dance, light movement).
Comfortable shorts + breathable outfits – for hot, humid weather.
Layered tops or light hoodie – comfort for indoor A/C
Rain jacket or umbrella – Atlanta weather can be unpredictable.
Bathing suit – optional for hotel pool.

Medication and supplements (enough for your full stay + 2 days)
Menstrual Products as needed
Personal face mist – ideal to chill in your room’s mini fridge
Bring a mug you love – perfect for your morning coffee and we’ll have a beautiful tea selection available
Stimming or grounding items – Some sessions include emotionally intense content (like documentaries and justice conversations). Bring anything that helps you self-soothe or stay regulated
Bring your movement/yoga mat – for those travelling from outside Atlanta, we’ll have one for you.
Accessibility
Fragrance-free personal products are encouraged to support folks with scent sensitivities.
If you need refrigeration for medication or medical food items you will have a mini fridge in your room

Personal art supplies if desired – We’ll have plenty of art supplies available at our art station, but if you have tools that you love feel free to bring them!
Items for our community altar – small memento, photo, quote
We will be providing hand sanitizer, face masks, vitamin C supplements, journals, art supplies and all food!
Make sure you leave a little extra room in your bags, as you may acquire a few new items! 😉
